1. Ingredients: flour, salt, black sesame seeds, water, cooking oil.


2. Place the flour in a bowl, add water, salt, cooking oil, and black sesame seeds. Knead and mix repeatedly until a dough forms.


3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.


4. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin sheet; the thinner, the better.


5. Roll the dough sheet around the rolling pin, then make a vertical cut along the rolling pin with a knife.


6. Cut into short and narrow dough pieces.


7. Place two pieces together and fold them.


8. Make three cuts in the middle—two short cuts on the sides and one long cut in the center. Open the dough piece, pass one corner from each side through the longest center cut, then gently stretch both ends.


9. Form several raw dough twists.
Heat the oil to 70-80% hot, then add the dough crisps and fry until golden brown.


Remove and drain the oil, let cool before serving.
